Roofing Services for Your Home
Our work covers roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair and gutters. Each job is built to the residential code your city has adopted, from the starter course at the eaves to the ridge vents. We bring 30+ years of roofing experience to every roof, and we explain each code item before work starts.

Roof Replacement
Full tear-off and new roof system, with the decking inspected and drip edge, underlayment, flashing and vents installed to the residential code.

Roof Repair
Leaks, lifted shingles and failed flashing traced to the real cause, then repaired with the right fasteners, underlayment and flashing for your roof.

Roof Inspections
A shingle-by-shingle and attic-side look at your roof, with photos and a clear note on anything that falls short of current code.

Storm Damage Repair
Hail bruises, lifted shingles and bent flashing found, photographed and repaired so the fix meets current code and the manufacturer's install rules.

Gutters
New gutters and repairs, sized to your roof's runoff, hung on hidden hangers and set to send water well clear of your foundation.
The Steps of a Roofing Job
Each job moves through the same steps in the same order, so the next one never catches you off guard.
- 1
Your call and our visit
Describe what you've noticed. On site we look over the shingles, flashing, vents and gutters, and when the attic is reachable we check it for stains or daylight showing through the decking.
- 2
Estimate with code notes
Your written estimate breaks out the materials, the code items for your roof and whether the city has to approve the work. When a repair is the better choice than a new roof, the estimate tells you that.
- 3
Filing and setting a date
Where the city requires it, we file the paperwork, then pick a start date with the forecast in mind. Shingles seal poorly in the cold, and an open deck is the last thing you want before rain.
- 4
Tear-off, new roof, inspection
Shrubs and siding get covered, the roof comes off down to the deck and bad decking is replaced. Then underlayment, drip edge, flashing, shingles and vents go on. If your city requires it, the inspector reviews the work.
- 5
Cleanup and final look
A magnet goes over the yard and driveway to catch nails, the debris gets hauled off, and we tour the finished roof with you.

Why Homeowners Choose Roofing Noble
Most roof problems we're called about trace back to a skipped detail: missing kick-out flashing, short nails, a vent that was never balanced. We build so those details pass inspection and hold up in Oklahoma wind.
The code explained before we start
We walk you through the items that apply to your roof: underlayment type, drip edge at eaves and rakes, the nailing pattern the shingle maker requires and attic ventilation. You know what's going on your home and why it's there.
City paperwork and inspections handled
Where your city requires a permit, we file it and arrange the inspection. You don't have to call the city office or guess what the inspector wants to see.
30+ years of roofing experience
Three decades on roofs teaches you where water gets in. It's usually at a wall line, a chimney or a pipe boot, not out in the open field of shingles, and that's where we look first.
Two warranties on our work
Our roofs come with a lifetime warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty. We go over both with you by phone so you know what applies to your job.
Honest repair-or-replace answers
If a few lifted shingles and a cracked boot are the whole problem, we say so and price the repair. A full replacement only comes up when the decking or the shingle layers make repair a poor use of your money.
What Moves the Price of a Roof
No two roofs cost the same, even on the same street. The price comes from what we measure and find on your roof, and we explain each line so nothing surprises you later.
We measure your roof and look at its condition before giving a number, then put the estimate in writing line by line so you can see what each part costs.
- Roof size and pitch
- Price follows the number of squares (100 square feet each) and how steep the slopes are. Steep pitches need harnesses and roof jacks, which slows the work and adds labor.
- Layers to tear off
- The residential code generally allows no more than two layers of asphalt shingles. If your roof already has two, both come off before new material goes on, and that disposal adds weight and cost.
- Decking condition
- Once the old shingles are off, we can see the OSB or plank decking. Soft, delaminated or rotted sections have to be replaced so the new nails have something solid to grip. We photograph what we find before replacing it.
- Shingle and underlayment choice
- Standard architectural shingles, impact-rated shingles and synthetic or felt underlayment all price differently. Impact-rated shingles cost more up front, and some homeowners choose them because of spring hail.
- Flashing and ventilation work
- Rusted step flashing, missing kick-outs and undersized vents get corrected to code during a replacement. Chimneys, skylights and dormers each add flashing labor.
- City fees and access
- Any city fees tied to the job are listed on the estimate. Tight lot lines, fences or landscaping that block a dump trailer can also add time.

A Roofing Company That Explains the Rules
Roofing Noble works on houses across Noble and the surrounding area. Most of our customers have never had to think about drip edge or nailing patterns, and they shouldn't have to guess whether the roof going on their home meets code. So we explain it in plain words before any work starts.
That means telling you why the shingle maker wants six nails per shingle in high-wind areas instead of four, why your attic needs balanced intake and exhaust vents, and what the city inspector checks on a finished roof. When you understand the job, it's easier to trust the price and to tell whether the work was done right.

Roofing Questions We Hear Most
Something not covered here? (405) 913-1476
Do I need a permit to replace my roof?
Many cities require one for a full roof replacement, and some also want sign-off on larger repairs. The rules depend on where your home sits. We check the requirements for your address, file the paperwork when it's needed and arrange the inspection.
How do I know if I need a repair or a whole new roof?
It comes down to how widespread the damage is and what's underneath. A leak at one pipe boot or a few wind-lifted shingles is usually a repair. Brittle shingles across every slope, soft decking in several spots or two existing layers usually point toward replacement, and we show you photos of what we found.
Will you work with my insurance company after hail or wind?
We can inspect the roof, document the damage with photos and measurements and explain what we found. We'll meet your adjuster on site if you want us there. The adjuster decides what the policy covers; we don't act as your adjuster or tell you what your claim is worth.
What warranty comes with your work?
Our roofs come with a lifetime warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty. We go over how the coverage applies to your specific roof when we talk by phone and before any work begins.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family roofs are torn off and reshingled in one to three working days. Steep pitches, extra layers, decking replacement and weather can stretch that. If your city requires a final inspection, it's scheduled after the install is complete.
Do my gutters need to come off for a new roof?
Not always. We need access to the fascia to install drip edge correctly, and sometimes gutters have to be loosened or removed to do that. If your gutters are sagging or pulling away, it's often sensible to replace them while the crew is already there.
What happens to the nails and old shingles?
We tarp around the house before tear-off, load debris straight into a trailer or dumpster and haul it away. At the end of the job we run a magnetic sweeper over the lawn, beds and driveway to pick up loose nails.
