A Noble Roofing Company That Builds to Code and Explains Why

We replace, repair and inspect roofs and install gutters on homes in and around Noble. Before we quote, we find out what the code requires for your roof. Then we build to it and explain each part in plain terms, so you know what you are paying for.

Why We Work From the Code Up

A roof is a system, not just a layer of shingles. The deck, underlayment, drip edge, step and counter flashing, fasteners and attic ventilation all have to work together. Building codes set minimums for each of those parts because they are where roofs fail first. Shingles blow off when nails sit too high. Valleys leak when flashing is skipped. Decks rot when an attic cannot breathe.

So our process starts underneath. On a replacement we check the decking for soft spots and delamination, count how many layers are already on the roof, and measure intake and exhaust ventilation against the attic's square footage. On a repair we trace the water path back to its source, often a cracked pipe boot or lifted flashing rather than the spot where the stain shows. When the work calls for a permit, we pull it and plan around the inspection.

We also tell you what we found, with photos, before we recommend anything. If a repair will hold, we say so. If the roof has reached the point where patching only buys a season, we explain why and walk you through what a code-compliant replacement involves.

How We Handle Every Roof

  1. 01

    Permits handled, inspections planned

When your job needs a permit, we pull it and schedule the work so the inspector can see what they need to see. You will not be left wondering whether the paperwork was done.

  2. 02

    Fastened to the manufacturer's spec

Shingle wind ratings depend on nail placement and count. We nail in the manufacturer's marked zone and use the pattern the spec calls for, which matters when spring storms push hard winds across open ground.

  3. 03

    Ventilation measured, not guessed

Too little airflow cooks shingles from below and traps moisture in winter. We check soffit intake and ridge or vent exhaust and balance them before the new roof goes on.

  4. 04

    Line-item estimates with photos

Your estimate lists materials, decking allowances, flashing, ventilation and permit costs as separate lines. Photos show what we saw on your roof, so each line has a reason behind it.

Where We Work

We work on homes in Noble and the surrounding area, including Norman, Moore, Newcastle, Blanchard, Purcell, Goldsby and Slaughterville. Permit requirements and inspection steps are not identical from one town to the next, so we confirm the rules that apply at your address before the job is scheduled. That way your roof replacement, roof repair or new gutters are done to the standard your town expects, the first time.
